Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group is held every Tuesday from 10am-12pm, at the Alzheimer’s Care Resource Center in Lake Worth/West Palm Beach. Call 561-588-4545 for more information! The Dementia Support Group will provide education and
support to those who are part of the management and care of an individual
facing Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Everyone is welcome to
come and share concerns and issues in an open forum discussion or just
listen to others who are going through this overwhelming disease process.
