The Guest House, Inc. hosts a Free Monthly Support Group led by an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Group is open to anyone who is caring or who has cared for a loved one with any long term illness.
The caregiver support group is open to the public and provides information and a welcoming environment for discussing the challenges of being a caregiver in the community. Each session begins with a light meal and fellowship at 5:00 p.m. The meetings are topic focused with a guest speaker and include time for sharing in the group.
We meet on the second Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm until 8:00 pm. Our members are caring for loved one in various stages of dementia. We provide loving and non judgmental support to each other. Our group began in May of 2013.
