Family Caregivers Circle of Support Group- This FREE monthly group offers support, dialogue, connections with local resources, as well as educational opportunities around caregiving and self-care.The focus is on caring for parents with Alzheimer’s or other related dementia and learning how to cope with the depression, anxiety, and stress that is usually experienced. Members share their experiences, challenges, hopes and fears in an atmosphere of shared support. Participants are encouraged to maintain their own personal, physical and emotional health, as well as optimally care for the person with dementia. Group is free and open to the public.
