Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group is held every Tuesday from 10am-12pm, at the Alzheimer’s Care Resource Center in Lake Worth/West Palm Beach. Call 561-588-4545 for more information! Meet with others whose family member is experiencing dementia or Alzheimer’s. This support group is led by Chaplain Carole and Max Schut, social worker, in partnership with Alzheimer’s & Dementia Services of Northern Indiana. Meets Thursdays.
