The caregiver support group is open to the public and provides information and a welcoming environment for discussing the challenges of being a caregiver in the community. Each session begins with a light meal and fellowship at 5:00 p.m. The meetings are topic focused with a guest speaker and include time for sharing in the group.

Spouses, partners, adult children, and other caregivers have an opportunity to share their challenges and successes, get input from the group’s facilitator and other group members, and learn about helpful resources.

Alzheimer’s Association’s Caregiver Support Groups are designed to provide emotional, educational and social support for caregivers. Members share their experiences, challenges, hopes and fears in an atmosphere of shared support.
